TIE THE OVERDOG BOWLER TOUR
If the lesser skilled/underdog bowler ties the higher skilled/overdog bowler in a match frame format, they win that frame.
Fame points are awarded to those:who place first or second,.Also who has the most strikes & converted splits. Further, if you don't place but you win at least one frame, you are awarded 1/4 fame point.
